Cách mô tả dự án trong hồ sơ PMP

Trong khai báo hồ sơ thi PMP thì đáng chú ý nhất là việc mô tả các dự án đã thực hiện:
- Cần phải có kinh nghiệm ở 5 domains (Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring & Controlling, Closing) đối với tổng các dự án. Tuy nhiên đối với 1 dự án thì không cần có đủ kinh nghiệm ở 5 domains.
- Tối đa khai báo là 550 ký tự bao gồm cả khoảng trắng.
- Mô tả dự án cần có mục tiêu dự án, vị trí của bạn trong dự án, và nội dung công việc thực hiện.
- Nếu bạn khai báo bạn có kinh nghiệm ở 4 domains trong dự án AAA thì trong mô tả dự án cần thể hiện 4 domains này. Không thiếu không thừa.
